On her recent publicity tour for new movie "3 Days to Kill," Amber Heard talked about the difficult conditions she faced while on the set of the movie.
"We filmed in winter in Paris," she told E! News. "It was about 20 degrees on the best day, and I was literally wearing dresses made out of the same material condoms are made out of. I'm not kidding, there's this incredible latex designer who does a line of latex [and polyurethane] dresses. They were as weather protective as a condom could be."
Heard goes on to describe how the freezing cobblestone was handled.
"They had to keep throwing hot water on the cobblestones because it was freezing over...There was ice all over the cobblestone streets, and I'm wearing six-inch unbroken-in Louboutins and Jimmy Choos, and I'm in a condom dress and a long blond wig. Did I mention it was snowy and cold?"
Luckily, she lives in Los Angeles and can be outside a lot, which she says drives her to stay in shape.
"It's not easy for me to keep in shape," she said. "I have a lot of impetus to be active. I have a horse. I ride a lot. I'm lucky to live in L.A., so I can find ways to be active."
Heard also attended the Hollywood premiere of "3 Days to Kill," which is out Feb. 21, with Johnny Depp by her side.
Cameras caught Depp planting a kiss on her cheek, which is rare for the private couple. They also walked hand-in-hand.
Heard wore a black dress with a plunging neckline and thigh-high slit, which she accessorized with her diamond engagement ring. Depp wore a navy-and-black hat that matched his shirt and suit.
