He is known to date models, and now Leonardo DiCaprio may be the reason Max George broke up with Sports Illustrated model Nina Agdal.
After the Super Bowl, DiCaprio, 39, and Agdal, 21, were seen exiting Club Avenue in New York City at 5 a.m. They left the club in the same car, and tried to hide from the paparazzi to no avail, according to E! News.
Reports now say that the 25-year-old The Wanted singer has ended the relationship with the Danish model. "They just wanted different things out of the relationship and had grown apart," a source told the Sun.
"It was hard for Max to dump Nina so soon after news broke that The Wanted are breaking up. But he is being optimistic. He is looking at it all as an opportunity for a fresh start. He's not one to get down in the dump about things."
The two only confirmed their relationship in October, after weeks of speculation.
He even spoke to OK Magazine about his relationship with Agdal.
"She makes me laugh. She's so funny and daft. She's not at all high-maintenance-she just likes to have fun. She's just a mater and obviously, yes, she's absolutely stunning."
George credited the strength of their relationship to starting off as friends.
A member of the British band Lawson mentioned the model to George, and he started following her on Twitter. They eventually met in L.A. when they bumped into each other and were friends for six months. He had been previously engaged and didn't want to just jump into a relationship.
It's not yet certain if Agdal will start a relationship with DiCaprio. He is said to be dating 21-year-old model Toni Garrn, who was last seen attending the "American Hustle" Berlin after party.
