NBC issued a press release with the official synopsis, which reads: "Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) investigate a cop killer who scalps his victims. Meanwhile, Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) begins to communicate with Nick's mom via email, and Adalind (Claire Coffee) finds herself much closer to delivering her baby than she previously thought. Elsewhere, Monroe's (Silas Weir Mitchell) parents (guest stars Dee Wallace and Chris Mulkey) decide to surprise him and Rosalee (Bree Turner) with an early arrival to Portland after learning some exciting news. Sasha Roiz and Reggie Lee also star."

In the last episode of "Grimm," Rosalee introduced Monroe to her estranged mom and sister after a seven-year absence. The episode also digged into Rosalee's, a former drug addict turned quiet shopkeeper, pre-Portland life. Bree Turner opened up about her character, telling TVLine, "You understand where I was for seven years, why did I leave, what was going on with me, why my family was estranged, why did I feel the need to turn to drugs and hiding out. All of those questions are answered."

Turner also teased a spoiler about what to expect about the long awaited Wesen wedding.

Rosalee's "not looking for flash or excitement," the actress said, adding "She did that, and if anything, those things bring up temptation for her. If a wedding is in their future, I think - 100 percent - it's going to be a much more intimate, personal event."

She added, "I don't see Rosalee wanting a $15,000 gown."

"The Wild Hunt" airs on "Grimm" on Friday, Jan. 24 at NBC.
