Rumors of a PC port of Grand Theft Auto 5 have circulated ever since the game was first announced, but so far Rockstar has refused to comment, despite mounting evidence that shows Rockstar is indeed creating the port. Now, we have even more evidence that suggests GTA5 is indeed coming to the PC.

The Amazon.com German regional site currently has the PC edition of GTA5 listed on its website, though no release date is attached. In addition, Dualshockers reports that the Amazon France website also listed the game; however, that listing has since been taken down.

This is actually the second time that the PC edition of Grand Theft Auto 5 has appeared on the Amazon France website. When the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game were announced, Amazon France also had the game listed as coming to the PC as well. However, despite these mistakes, the website also has a history of releasing accurate details about games such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and the Assassin's Creed Anthology that was a European exclusive.

Rockstar has once again refused to comment, but considering all the leaks that have appeared, a PC edition of GTA5 looks to be a certainty. In particular, one leak details the bug log for the game, including bugs found in a PC build for the game. If Rockstar is not planning to bring the game to the PC, then they would not be working on ironing out bugs found on that version of the game. Grand Theft Auto 4 eventually came to the PC after a delay, so that may be the story for Grand Theft Auto 5 as well.

For many, the appeal of bringing Grand Theft Auto 5 to the PC is the ability to mod the game and create unique content without restrictions. Though Rockstar is working on a content creator for Grand Theft Auto Online, those who create mods will be able to work outside of preset restrictions. This would allow insane mods such as the infamous piano car to come to Grand Theft Auto 5 and add even more madness to the game.
