Hayden Panettiere and Christina Aguilera brought nostalgia back as they performed their rendition of "Lady Marmalade," made popular by Aguilera, Mya, Pink, Lil' Kim, and Missy Elliott for the "Moulin Rouge" soundtrack. Aguilera went on to help the "Heroes" actress in her rendition of the 2001 hit during the "Lip Sync Battle."

Both ladies brought down the house during the latest episode of the show, in which the "Nashville" actress competed against Eva Longoria. Hollywood Life reports that Panettiere seems to be a sure win with Aguilera by her side, decked in black shorts, red boots as well as a red bustier. The actress looked quite confident as she gave her performance of the 2001 boudoir hit. The song was part of the soundtrack of "Moulin Rouge" which starred Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor.

The teaser clip of the show shows both women gyrating to the famous hit. Aguilera's appearance came as a surprise as she emerged from behind a large fan to perform alongside the actress, Fox News Latino reports. Panettiere seems to be giving it her all as she is backed up by Christina's vocals.

The audience and the judges grew wild while a clearly impressed Eva Longoria could also be seen applauding.

Christina Aguilera is not the only artist who has made a cameo on "Lip Sync Battle." Beyonce joined Channing Tatum during his lip sync version of "Run the World (Girls)."

The clip did not show what Longoria's song choice was. Entertainment Weekly reports that Longoria might have a lot on her plate as she needs to do another epic performance in order for the odds to be in her favor.

The 26-year-old actress was reported to be battling postpartum depression following giving birth to her daughter Kaya in December 2014. The star admitted that therapy made her feel better and that people who struggle with it have a stigma from people who do not really understand the illness.

She added that dealing with the condition has allowed her to appreciate being a mother and that having the illness does not make one a bad mother.

The actress also added that she is learning to be confident in her own skin and wants to be a good example for her young daughter.
