Maintaining a body as gorgeous as Gisele Bündchen's isn't a walk in the park.

Allen Campbell, Bündchen and husband Tom Brady's personal chef, talked to Boston.com about the couple's preference when it comes to diets, and it's more restrictive than what anyone assumes.

"Eighty percent of what they eat is vegetables," Campbell told Boston.com. "[I buy] the freshest vegetables. If it's not organic, I don't use it. And whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans. The other 20 percent is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon."

The duo's diet mostly consists of vegetables and lean meat, Campbell further revealed to the news outlet. White sugar, white flour, and MSG are big no-nos.

The chef added, "I'll use raw olive oil, but I never cook with olive oil. I only cook with coconut oil. Fats like canola oil turn into trans fats . . . I use Himalayan pink salt as the sodium. I never use iodized salt."

Campbell said that Brady, 38, doesn't eat nightshades because "they're not anti-inflammatory," meaning tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and eggplants are not included in the New England Patriots quarterback's diet, Boston.com reported. Campbell serves tomatoes to Brady "maybe once a month," but he is cautious about it because "they cause inflammation," the news outlet noted.

It doesn't stop there. Campbell said that Bündchen and Brady, who have been married since 2009, stick to gluten-free selections as well.

"No coffee. No caffeine. No fungus. No dairy. The kids eat fruit. Tom, not so much. He will eat bananas in a smoothie. But otherwise, he prefers not to eat fruits," he told Boston.com.

Bündchen, 35, said in an interview with Vogue in January 2014 that she hasn't drank soda in 10 years. The Brazilian supermodel agreed that beauty products are important, but "if you are putting things that are unhealthy inside your body it's just masking stuff," the news outlet added.

Bündchen practices numerous physical activities to maintain her enviable shape, including Brazilian body surfing, water polo, water aerobics, swimming, underwater running, and cardio workouts, HealthyCeleb reported.

"I travel a lot, so my routine varies greatly, depending on where I am," Bündchen told Marie Claire Brazil in April 2014 (via FabFashionFix). "But I try to work out an hour a day every day. Usually [I] do not have that time, so I try to do at least 15 minutes of yoga or stretching."

Bündchen added that she doesn't have a specific exercise routine, but always takes note of how good she feels after exercising, the news outlet reported.
