It was added in the Daily Mail report that Ceasar also posted photos of her and Jake on her Instagram account, which is now private.
One of the photo's captions read: "Every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favourite."
Daily Mail noted that the posts of the couple on social media created an uproar, with fans hoping to have a similar modern love story.
The issue received more attention from the online world when Austin confirmed that they are were indeed dating.
"We're young and having fun just getting to know each other. It doesn't matter how you meet someone - on set, in a coffee shop, at school, or in the business. Sometimes you connect with people at the right moment & you just click," Austin said in a statement said to Huffington Post.
A lot of people admired Ceasar's perseverance in making Austin know that she liked him.
Mirror noted that the romance started in 2009 when Ceasar started following Austin's social media account, and sending him numerous tweets and messages.
Her first tweet to Austin was "You're amazing. Sorry, just thought you should know that."
Two years after, the two met at a New York event, where she had her photo taken with the actor.
The same report claimed that when Ceasar uploaded their photo on Instagram and tagged Austin, the former "The Fosters" cast member followed her back.
According to Daily Mail, many were envious of Ceasar and her great catch. Austin appeared in commercials in 2002, and made his acting debut two years after, when he voiced for Dora's cousin Diego in Nickelodeon's "Dora The Explorer."
Austin, however, made his mark in the industry when he grabbed the role in Disney's "Wizards of the Waverly Place," where he appeared along with Selena Gomez.
