Before traveling to Costa Rica to take that highly anticipated trip, there are a few things to consider. TripAdvisor recommends checking the country's executive golf courses, namely the ones in Punta Islita and Tango Mar.

Costa Rica offers golf lovers everywhere a golfing experience they will not soon forget. Travel advisors recommend that those who want to get good value for their money should make use of those specialized golf packages, such as the ones from Four Seasons Resort. The famed resort boasts of great golfing packages, perfect for everyone from seasoned golfers to families with young children.

Many Costa Rica golf courses offer these specialized golf packages that would normally include lessons from golfing professionals, helping to fine-tune one's game. These seasoned golfers will help point out errors in one's game, and offer pieces of advice on how to improve one's strategy and swing. These special golf lessons usually take place on the range, on the practice green or on the golf course itself.
