It's here and they're coming! The second installment of the PopCap Games franchise, "Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2," is about to be released in 2016. And, the much-loved third-person shooter game promises to deliver a better gaming experience for its fans.
The launch of the much-anticipated game will coincide just a couple of days after the first "Plants vs. Zombies" was released two years ago. According to Trusted Reviews, the initial installment has been part of everyone's lives when it was launched, as many got addicted to it.
In the second version of the game, almost everything has been changed from its predecessor.
Yes, it indeed vowed to offer a superb, "frenzied" multiplayer strategy, but EA Games, and the game developer, assured everyone that even solo gamers will enjoy what "Garden Warfare 2" promises.
Solo Play works in the spacious pivot called Backyard Battleground, where the game will take place. It will bring users together in a very "non-competitive" way.
Moreover, amidst the competition of hub worlds and menu systems, "Garden Warfare 2" chose the best side that will suit its players, as reported by GameSpot. In the new teaser, the upcoming comedy-action game revealed the new Backyard Battleground offers real-world options to go along with the game.
For example, users have the privilege to use the vending machines if they have the right amount of coins, where they can buy sticker packs. They can also activate a portal which will allow the gamers to play multiplayer matches.
They can also check their ranks in the splendid trophy room, every now and then. In addition, gamers have the benefit of catching the midway Flag of Power that will deliver the Plants vs. Zombies experience with an informal King of the Hill-like-style.
Players can now tour the outlying area of Zomburbia to check for free loots, secret passages, like the new shooting gallery. Meanwhile, Trusted Reviews cited that the Backyard Battleground has other new features, like updating PvZ characters, playing new quests and, as mentioned, the option to play multiplayer.
The Backyard Battleground has two camps for each rival, including Zomburbia, the clan of the zombies, and Suburbia -- the base of the plants. The stretch in the middle, on the other hand, is called the No Man's Island.
"Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2" will be available on Feb. 25, 2016, on PS4, Xbox One (tested), and PC. Watch the trailer below.
