NBA player, Lamar Odom, seems to be doing well with his recovery after his overdose last October, as he is already appreciating music, especially that of his estranged wife's brother-in-law, Kanye West.
In a video posted on the application of Odom's ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian, sister Kim was seen talking to her entire family during Thanksgiving dinner about an earlier visit to Odom in the hospital.
The wife of the rapper recounted that West allowed Odom to listen to his new "SWISH" album, which ended up with the NBA player loving all of the songs on it.
"We did visit Lamar today. We played him his new album. When it was done, I said, 'Did you like the music?' He said, 'Loved it,'" Kim shared with the Kardashian family, including their former patriarch, Caitlyn Jenner.
For his part, Kanye said he is thankful that Odom loved his album.
According to Radio, SWISH is West's album next to "Yeezus," which came out two years ago. The same report, however, claimed that there are still very few details on the release or the inclusions of the upcoming album.
"We know we won't get SWISH until Kanye West feels it's ready, but all of these positive reviews have us really anticipating some new Kanye West heat," added the same report.
Daily Mail also noted that the rapper has spent most of this year inside a recording studio to complete his album, which was earlier titled "So Help Me God." West announced the change to the album name last May, and hinted that its cover will feature a religious symbol.
The same report, on the other hand, said that SWISH could have a personal reference to his wife, since he posted earlier photos of Kim in March and captioned it "SWISH."
Meanwhile, rapper Rick Ross said he is not sure if he will be part of West's unreleased album.
"You never know what Kanye uses for his album until he makes that roll-out. But, me and Kanye have music in the vault. Where it lands? We'll see," Ross said in a HotNewHipHop report.
But he confirmed that they have worked together recently and recorded some music.
According to The Source, the two rappers have worked together in previous projects on big hits like "Monster" and "Wish You Would." They also did "Devil In a New Dress" and "Live Fast, Die Young" for their albums five years ago.
Kanye's fans are definitely awaiting when SWISH will be released and what they can expect from the rapper.
