The first patch of the "Fallout 4" has been made available for personal computers and will arrive this week for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users.

Gamespot said Bethesda made the announcement a few weeks after its beta version was released on Steam.

It added that the patch will come with bug fixes for problems like getting stuck in terminals and "general memory and stability improvements."

Aside from this, the patch also brings new features and tweaks for PC users, like the ability to remap the number pad kets.

For the complete notes of the patch, refer to Gamespot's list below:

New Features

Number pad keys can now be used for remapping (PC)

Remapping Activate now works on Quick Container (PC)

Fixes

    General memory and stability improvements

Performance improvements inside the Corvega Assembly Plant

    Optimizations to skinned decal rendering

Fixed issue with player becoming stuck in terminals

Fixed issue where equipped weapons become locked after completing Reunions

Fixed issue with "When Freedom Calls" where the quest would not complete

During "Confidence Man," fixed issue where player's health would continuously regenerate

Fixed crash related to jumping into water and reloading saved games

Fixed issue where Launcher would not save God Rays Quality setting properly (PC)

PC Gamer, however noted that the "Fallout 4" patch also adds a new launcher which disables startup mods and the .INI edit.

A fix for this, as per the same report, requires launching the Nexus Mod Manager, launching Fallout 4, switching back to NMM, re-enabling mods and then going back to the game.

In addition, GottaBeMobile said this patch was done primarily to address the problems of the game's three versions, although it said that this will not solve all the issues experienced by gamers.

"Fallout 4" became available last Nov. 10 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC users.

According Polygon, the game bundle also became available in local retailers and Microsoft stores in countries like Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK, U.S., Saudi Arabia, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates.

GamingBolt said "Fallout 4" comes with a power armor which is a special offering in the game, providing "the wearer with bonus damage resistance, strength and a higher encumbrance stat."

It added that these armors can be encountered in a number of locations in the wasteland. Aside from their useful features, the armors can also be customized at Power Armor Stations.

"Power Armors are powered using Fusion Cores, which deplete with time -- so when your suit runs out of fuel, you can safely get out of it, and leave it to return to it later for refueling," explained the same report.
