A new Vine video making its round on the Internet featuring an early interview with Destiny's Child has many people wondering if Beyonce threw her bandmate Kelly Rowland shade.

In the old interview snippet, Kelly appears to introduce herself as "the second lead vocalist of the group." The camera then pans to show Beyonce leaning over to give her a perplexing glare before giving a pointedly timed cough. While people say that Beyonce may have been giving Kelly a disgruntled subliminal message, others point out that she could have just had a tickle in her throat, reports the Huffington Post.

Regardless, the two singers have managed to remained good friends for decades. Rowland even joined Beyonce onstage for the 2013 Superbowl halftime performance.

Last May, Rowland opened up about living in Beyonce's shadow. In the song "Dirty Laundry" from her album "Talk A Good Game," Rowland admitted that it was hard to watch Bey elevate to superstar status as she struggled to launch and maintain her own solo career after the group split up in 2006.

"When my sister was on stage killing it like a mother-----r, I was enraged, feeling it like a mother-----r. Bird in a cage you would never know what I was dealing with," sings Rowland.

"Went our separate ways but I was happy that she was killing it. Bittersweet she was up and I was down. No lie, I feel good for her but what do I do now?" she sings.
