Jordan Brand had much success with their retro and new models in 2013, and they are expected to duplicate their success this year with their impressive new lineup of sneakers.

Carmelo Anthony's tenth signature shoe will be JB's first offering this year. The newest colorway of the Jordan Melo M10 is set to arrive at retailers on Jan. 4 in the highly-anticipated "Dark Powder" edition. The shoe will retail at $165 per pair.

Officially listed as the dark powder blue/team orange-black-white colorway, Nike Inc. announced that this edition of the Melo M10 was influenced by Anthony's on-court skill and abilities. The shoe provides maximum responsiveness and dynamic fit features with the revolutionary Flight Plate technology.

The latest addition to the Jordan Melo line features a full-grain nubuck leather upper part along with a TPU heel counter. The chrome-finished heel counter bears the first cursive signature logo of the New York Knicks superstar forward, which was first incorporated in his first-ever signature shoe with Jordan Brand 10 years ago.

"If you see this shoe from afar, the chrome statement piece is the first thing you are going to see," Anthony said. "Combining that element with my 'M' on the toe cap and the very first signature logo we created 10 years ago, we've made a true anniversary shoe."

Aside from the latest Melo signature sneaker, the "Dark Powder" edition of the Air Jordan 3 Retro is also slated for release this month, solecollector reported.

The AJ 3 Retro "Dark Powder" that is officially listed as the dark powder blue/black-wolf-grey-white colorway of the shoe will be released on Jan. 18 and will retail at $170 per pair.

The contrast-heavy edition of this retro model, which was allegedly made to pay tribute to Michael Jordan's days at the University of North Carolina, features a soft blue leather upper part paired with a black tongue and white Jumpman branding. The dark grey hint appears on the outsole of the shoe.

Meanwhile, the AJ 10 retro is also expected to make noise before the end of the month as it is slated for release in an impressive-looking "Grey/Infrared" edition.

The cool grey/infrared-black colorway of the Jordan 10 retro will be released on Jan. 25 for $170 per pair. This will only be available at nike.com, Eastbay, Foot Locker, Foot Action, and Champ Sports.
