Argentina will face Brazil for the World Cup 2018 qualifier on Thursday at the Monumental Stadium in Buenos Aires.
The Associated Press said in a report published by the Idaho Statesman that this is another match to be excited about despite the absence of Lionel Messi and Sergio Aguero.
It added that Brazil is not worrying since Neymar is healthy and has come back after a four-match suspension.
Meanwhile, Argentina is looking at their player losses as something that should inspire the team to do better.
"Every absence is important. We'll have to change our mindset to beat Brazil," said Argentina coach Gerardo Martino in the Associated Press report.
This game will also be exciting since both teams did not really exert much effort in their qualifiers last month.
"Brazil beat Venezuela 3-1 and lost to Copa America champion Chile 2-0. Argentina lost 2-0 to Ecuador and eked out a 0-0 draw against Paraguay," added the Associated Press.
Brazil is dealing with a number of injury problems, losing Marquinhos of Paris Saint-Germain and Marcelo of Real Madrid, though they still have great players on their roster like defender Gabriel Paulista, winger Douglas Santos and Neymar.
According to the Associated Press, Neymar has been very productive especially with their recent match versus Villareal last Sunday.
A similar Yibada report said that it is predicted Brazil will in over Argentina in a 3-2 victory.
"Without Messi and Sergio Agüero, La Albiceleste will not be able to keep up with Neymar and the Pentacampeões," the online news website added.
Argentina is expected to start with players Romero, Demichelis, Funes Mori, Otamendi, Más; Kranevitter, Di María, Pastore, Mascherano, Tevez, and Lavezzi, while Brazil will compete with this starting lineup: Alisson; Luiz, Miranda, Alves, Luis; Costa, Elias, Oscar, Gustavo; Willian and Neymar.
On the other hand, the International Business Times predicted that the score for the upcoming game will be a 1-1.
"With Neymar, Costa, Willian and Hulk, Brazil has the weapons and the approach under Dunga to cause a vulnerable Argentina defense real problems on the counter-attack," the same report said.
The report further predicted that Messi's absence could cause a lot of trouble for his team.
Other matches on Thursday will also include Ecuador vs. Uruguay, Chile vs. Colombia, Bolivia vs. Venezuela and Peru vs. Paraguay, as per the Associated Press.
It noted that Chile, Uruguay and Ecuador have earned maximum points from their two matches to take a lead at the qualifiers.
"Uruguay and Ecuador meet in Quito at 2,850 meters (9,350 feet), where the home team always has an advantage," added the Associated Press.
