2013 proved to be one of the most life-changing years in Kim Kardashian's life.

The 33-year-old reality star became a new mother and got engaged to her boyfriend, hip hop superstar Kanye West.

On Jan. 1, the socialite captured the two most significant changes of 2013 in an Instagram photo, which showed her daughter North West holding her enormous engagement ring. "It was an amazing year!!!," she captioned the pic.

Kardashian and West welcomed their baby girl in June and got engaged in October on her birthday. Kardashian proceeded to tag along on West's worldwide Yeezus tour with their daughter.

Apparently, she spent New Year's Eve with her family in Aspen, tweeting:

"I hope everyone has a safe New Years tonight! Nothing better than spending it with family & friends playing board games ;-)."

In addition, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star created and uploaded a 5-minute video clip titled "Kimye Love," featuring highlights from the couple's year together, report the New York Daily News.

Rihanna's song "Stay" and Keri Hilson's track featuring West, "Knock You Down" can be heard in the background of the video. It also includes the "Bound 2" rapper boasting about his undying love for his fiance in a recent interview, saying "I've never loved any girl, other than my mother, as much as I love my girlfriend" and calling her one of the most beautiful women in "human existence."

While 2013 was very eventful for the celebrity couple, 2014 is sure to be just as epic as they plan to exchange their nuptials.
