Dell XPS 15 Review: New Laptop Way Better Than the Macbook Pro & Surface Book?

The latest flagship from Dell, the XPS 15, is the hottest laptop this season. Although, Surface Pro recently made waves on its release, this same Microsoft-powered unit will be one of its rivals and even said to surpass the MacBook Pro.
XPS15 is the bigger version of its predecessor Dell XPS 13. It is a 15.6 inch laptop with 4K UHD screen with an Intel i7 6th generation processor. According to The Verge, they are fascinated by its crisp and clear display.
"The first thing you notice about the XPS 15 is the edge-to-edge display. Dell has gone one step further here and added 4K; it's simply beautiful." The publication added that the unit has promising specifications that can go head to head with Apple's Macbook Air.
The computer company focused its work to the color gamut to achieve 100 percent minimum Adobe RGB display. That just means that XPS 15's colors are more vibrant in any viewing angles, which video and photo editors will surely love.
WinBeta cited that the new crown jewel features a nearly bezel-free display. Too, it will hit the market in different models in variety of resolutions with distinct touchscreen capabilities.
The high-end editions, which has Infinity Edge" touchscreen with Sharp panel with the use of IGZO technology, will be first distributed in the United States.
More importantly, Laptop Mag took note that XPS 15 can work fast because it is powered by Core i7 processor and Nvidia GeForce GT 750M graphics. It is protected of aluminum and carbon-fiber shell, which made it more attractive that the MacBook Pro with Retina display.

It comes with a quad-core Intel Core i7-4712HQ processor and 16GB of RAM with Nvidia GeForce GT 750M graphics card. The XPS 15 Touch also has a 512GB solid-state drive [SSD] that let the users store as many as they want.
However, if they want to save 4K files, they will need an additional external drive. Too, it includes three USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0. Dell is also proud of their HD Audio with Waves MaxxAudio Pro tuning
Meanwhile, Dell XPS 15 has just offered a pre-order service on its Microsoft Store website before its release date on Nov. 2. They are offering the Intel Core i5 processor, 256GB of memory and 8GB of RAM for US$1,699 while, the Intel Core i7 processor, 512GB of memory and 16GB of RAM is for US$2,099.
