Last week, Lamar Odom was rushed and put on life support after he was found unconscious at a brothel in Las Vegas in what was reported to be a stroke as a side effect of a drug overdose. His wife, Khloe Kardashian reportedly haven't left his side since, although he's awake and started his physical therapy earlier the week.

Due to the circumstances, it appears as though the star couple decided to call off their divorce and Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wesser, has already filed the necessary paperwork to put a stop on a divorce that is yet to be finalized. Nola.com said that a clerk has already granted the request in a way that the papers can be refiled at a later date instead. A source for CNN also said, "This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloe, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold. So that's what she is doing,"

The documents obtained by TMZ did not state Kardashian's and Odom's reasons for dismissing their divorce.

Kardashian reportedly stayed by Odom's side during his hospitalization, although according to a statement the reality TV star posted on her website, Odom has made "incredible strides" at the Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas.

As for Odom's health, the hospital, Kardashian, nor Odom's relatives have revealed his prognosis, although his family did hint of a long journey ahead, adding that his "continued improvement" won't be easy. However, Odom's blood test results are still pending it is said that authorities have not ruled out the possibility of taking action against either Odom or the brothel.

For Kardashian and Odom's relationship, it looks like they are really giving it another try. Us Magazine reported that Kardashian even opted out of her sister Kim's 35th birthday party to stay by Lamar's side. An insider shared, "Lamar isn't doing that well. He can't stand up by himself. She is still very worried about him and uncomfortable with leaving."

A separate source also noted on the importance of the couple's second shot at their marriage, saying that "This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloe, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold. So that's what she is doing."
