Furthermore, a DLC and Season Pass trailer for the soon-to-be-released professional wrestling video game was recently posted on Youtube by the official WWE 2K channel. Watch it below:

It was announced via 2K's official website that the downloadable content or DLC offerings of the upcoming title will "include a story-driven 2K Showcase surrounding the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2015 inductees; access to new moves, unlockable content, player progression; and a wealth of playable WWE Legends and WWE and NXT® Superstars."

Moreover, President at Visual Concepts, Greg Thomas, shared what fans can expect from the wrestling video game. "WWE 2K16 will deliver a unique and extensive selection of downloadable content spanning WWE's past and present, including the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame-inspired 2K Showcase, a solid offering of new in-game moves and a wide variety of playable WWE and NXT talent," he said, as posted on the 2K website.

"Complementing WWE 2K16's largest roster in the series' history, this year's content offerings provide fans with an all-encompassing WWE experience at an excellent value," Thomas continued.

The announcement from the official site also revealed that gamers can expect the individual content packages to be available in late 2015 to early 2016. The "WWE 2K16" DLC packs will be available not only for Microsoft Xbox One owners but also for Xbox 360, Sony PS4 and Sony PS3 users.

Developed by YUKE's Co., Ltd. and published by 2K, "WWE 2K16" is set to return with the biggest roster in the history of World Wrestling Entertainment games. The game's official Cover Superstar is "Texas Rattlesnake" Stone Cold Steve Austin.
