Power couple Jay Z and Beyonce will soon transfer to their $45-million residence after they were recently asked to move out from their rented home since it was already offered for sale.

TMZ reported that the two are set to move into a Holmby Hills mansion previously owned by former Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt.

According to Curbed, the property was bought in 2004 by McCourt and his wife Jamie for $21.25 million and added another $14 million for their kitchen to be shipped from their previous Massachusetts home.

"It was a castle fit for a fairytale marriage. Then, the divorce, in which Jamie got the real estate, but she decided she wasn't too keen on keeping the family property. She tried to sell the 20,637-square-foot European style villa for several years with no luck, eventually slashing $20 million off the asking price," added the same report.

The house was reportedly sold last year to a British billionaire but the new owner did not stay most of the time in Los Angeles so the posh residence remained vacant.

"So he recently decided to put it on the market for lease ... we're told for around $150k a month," added TMZ.

The same report also noted that the rapper and singer have signed a one-year lease for the residence which is estimated to be 20,000 feet, has an indoor Olympic-sized swimming pool and an outdoor waterfall with a wide garden.

It was added in the Curbed report that the house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, massage room, library/screening room, dance studio and an atrium.

"It's just down the street from their last house, so they must like the neighborhood," added Curbed.

Daily Mail also noted that the property will give their three-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, "plenty of rooms to play."

"The mansion living areas boast floor-to-wall windows and white marble floors, and there is also a gourmet kitchen, spa and steam room," the same report added.

Despite owning an apartment in New York, the couple moved permanently to Los Angeles saying that it was a better place for their daughter to grow. Blue Ivy is also reportedly in a pre-school which has a tuition of $15,000 a year.

Earlier in September, a separate TMZ report noted that the previous place they rented has already been sold and they were ordered to vacate the place in 60 days.

It added that the two did not plan to outbid the buyer of the properly who reportedly agreed to pay $35.5 million.
