The next generation of Apple's iPhones is set to break boundaries yet again as rumors reveal more new features and specs that have never been incorporated in a smartphone before.
A Value Walk report put the new iPhone 7 in the "what to watch out next" list after the Cupertino-based company made history during the release of the iPhone 6S.
According to the outlet, the next generation iPhone is rumored to have "AirPods" which would provide a unique and innovative way of listening to music from the smartphone.
The outlet further described the new feature as something that would "revolutionize the way that headphones work in the Apple smartphone range."
This, says the outlet, is one among other attempts of the company to show how important music is to them.
"Numerous recent moves by the California-based company have indicated that Apple wishes to be a major player in the music marketplace, with the acquisition of Beats, launch of its own music radio station, and its streaming service all indicating Apple's overarching strategy," the report read.
Apple's AirPod technology is said to deliver wireless headphones to the gradually expanding market of speakers that does not require any wire to function.
Aside from improving the users' music listening experience, the iPhone 7 is also rumored to have what Learn Bonds described as a "weird" display.
According to the outlet, Apple's patent application for "a screen that can twist and bend back" has been awarded to Apple three years after they filed it.
While this may mean that the smartphone would have a curved screen, Learn Bonds reveal that it is unlikely that Apple's executives would most unlikely approve a cylindrical or ball-shaped device.
Furthermore, the outlet explained that avid Apple users should expect a similar technology used in the next generation Samsung Galaxy smartphones but much better.
Another notable advancement that the Cupertino company is said to include in the iPhone 7 is a waterproofing technology which would include an "increased health-related functionality."
Of course, the iPhone 6 line is already water resistant up to at some point though it this feature expected to be enhanced in the next generation of the popular device.
According to Learn Bonds, the company has filed for a patent that would make the device waterproof.
"The patent shows that Apple is looking at using Silicon seals and a 'vapor deposition process' in order to protect the phone from moisture when needed," the report read.
