Muggles are now welcome to live and dine at Hogwarts School of  Witchcraft and Wizardry. According to Hello Giggles, the castle used to portray Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films is now being turned into a residential area.

The castle is called the Royal Connaught Park and covers over 100 acres of land. Currently, Hogwarts is being remodeled to include 380 luxury units, 28 of which are finished. These luxury units come at a luxury price of $987,000 to $4.2 million U.S. dollars.

Fortunately for Potterheads, the developers are keeping a bit of Hogwarts magic into the castle by maintaining the famous Great Hall, which measures at 1,400 square feet.

Speaking of the Great Hall, Warner Bros. is hosting an event at Hogwarts. The entertainment company is inviting muggles and magic folk alike to the magical school for a good, old-fashioned Christmas dinner and other festivities.

The event will take place on Thursday, December 3 at approximately 6 p.m., states Pop Sugar. For the event, the Great Hall will be decorated Hogwarts-style, including the original props seen in "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone," reports Comic Book.

In addition, the menu for the night will emulate the famous never-ending amount of food served during the first Harry Potter movie, including Christmas puddings and cherry-studded hams.

Dinner will be a two course meal, in which succulent ham and juicy stuffed roast turkey will be served. There is also a vegetarian option, which includes a fresh radicchio with watercress salad and a nice tasty open lasagna, describes the Huffington Post.

The Great Hall Christmas Dinner does not end after the tables have been cleared. After dinner, guests will get to go on a Studio Tour of famous Harry Potter sets, like the Gryffindor common room and the Weasley's kitchen. The sets will also be decorated for Christmas festivities.

After walking off some of the dinner weight, desserts will be served on Platform 9 ¾ right next to the original Hogwarts Express. Guests can wash down the dessert with Butterbeer at the backlot café.

To help the desserts and Butterbeer go down, attendees will next get to visit Diagon Alley, the popular wizarding shopping street. To end the night, there will be music and dancing. A bar will be provided for those who want to buy some additional drinks.

The whole magical night will cost around $350, plus the airfare to London if you are coming from a different country. Besides all the food and drinks, each guest will be presented with their very own wand before dinner. For more information, click here.
