Days before its rumored release, the much-anticipated Microsoft Lumia 950 XL is now believed to be released with a dual-SIM version.

A leak from Evan Blass revealed that the upcoming Lumia handset will support dual SIMs when it becomes available in the market more than a week from now.

According to Softpedia, it can also be assumed that the other Windows 10 smartphone, the Lumia 950, may also have a dual-SIM version.

The recent leak, which is reportedly a "factory CAD render," also revealed that the 950 XL will have a 5.7-inch display and a 151.9 x 78.4 x 7.8 mm measurement. GSM Arena detailed that the phone will be "slightly shorter and wider" than the recently released Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

Softpedia said that many fans of the Lumia franchise complained that the upcoming smartphone does not have an "exquisite and stylish" design adding that this will just end up disappointing them even after waiting for a long time.

Phone Arena noted that the Microsoft 950 XL is expected to come with an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, a 20 MP PureView rear camera, a 5 MP front-facing camera, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage space and a 3300 mAh battery which will be worth around $650.

FirstPost added that the smartphone will have Qi wireless charging and an infrared/iris scanner "that will unlock the device in seconds" after a scan of the user's face.

Wireless charging, on the other hand, will be capable of transmitting power to a receiver in a portable device. This reportedly uses a system which charges devices using a resonant inductive coupling.

In addition, TechnoBuffalo claimed that recent leaks also reveal that the two handsets will be "made out of polycarbonate plastic."

On the other hand, the Lumia 950 XL's smaller brother is believed to come a 5.2- inch WQHD (1440×2560) OLED display, a 64-bit hexacore Snapdragon 808 chipset, an iris scanner, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for additional storage, 20MP PureView rear camera and a 5MP wide-angle front-facing camera, as per The Rem. It is estimated to cost around $600.

According to Softpedia, Microsoft is expected to announce the two new Lumia phones in an event on October 6 where the company is also expected to launch the Windows 10 Mobile operating system.

It's just a few days away before Microsoft unleashes new devices in its mobile lineup and fans are surely anticipating the coming of these gadgets hoping that they will be a lot better the renders previously leaked.
