John Cena kicks off the show demanding a rematch with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton in the main event, before The Shield came out through the crowd to beat down the former champion. Mark Henry ran down ringside to help but could not overcome The Shield's "numbers game" before Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston came down to even things up. Director of Operations Kane came out the ramp and scheduled three matches: Langston versus United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Henry versus Roman Reigns, and Cena versus Seth Rollins.
Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of the Wyatt Family mauled the Usos Brothers in tag team action before Bray Wyatt, watching from his rocking chair at ringside, entered the ring and nailed Sister Abigail on one of the Usos after the match.
Randy Orton was giving an interview, backstage to Renee Young, responding to John Cena when he was interrupted by Dolph Ziggler. Kane stepped in and scheduled a match between Ziggler and "The Apex Predator" for later in the night.
Antonio Cesaro of The Real Americans defeated one half of the WWE Tag Team champions, Cody Rhodes, in singles competition.
The Prime Time Players, Darren Young and Titus O'Neil, defeated Curtis Axel and Ryback in tag-team action after Young rolled over Axel for the pin.
WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton defeated Dolph Ziggler, in a non-title match, after the champion nailed Ziggler with the RKO for the victory. After the match, "The Viper" nailed Ziggler with another RKO and tossed him out of the ring, injuring Ziggler in the process.
Daniel Bryan defeated Damien Sandow after Bryan nailed Sandow with a Running Knee Strike to his head to end the match. After the bout, The Wyatt Family came out to sermonize about how they will destroy the former champion.
WWE Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston, with John Cena and Mark Henry at ringside, defeated United States Champion Dean Ambrose, with his Shield stablemates looking on from outside the ring.
Roman Reigns, with the rest of the Shield in tow, defeated Mark Henry, who had Langston and Cena watching his back.
In the main event, John Cena, with Langston and Henry still outside to even things up, defeated Seth Rollins, with The Shield by his side, to end the show.
