It's all coming to an end. The unforgiving story of a high school chemistry teacher turned megalomaniac crystal meth dealer will close out its final chapter this fall. "Breaking Bad" has been on the air for five and a half seasons, and with the final eight episodes right around the corner, devotees are increasingly anxious to learn to fate of Walter White.

AMC has kept the finale a well maintained secret, however, fans have been able to piece together parts of the puzzle with the small clues provided. Creator Vince Gillgan has promised a conclusive ending, as well as an unrelenting rollercoaster ride over the course of the final episodes. A poster and attached promo served as a very brief reintroduction, however, a more recent poster further proves that the series finale along with the episodes that lead up to it will be fiercely intense. "Breaking Bad" has proven to be one of the most riveting and enthralling series on television over the past few years, so why stop now? The conclusion should be as dramatic as its preceding episodes, and the new poster hints at just that. Check it our below.

The tagline, which reads "Remember My Name," indicates that Walt will be out to secure his empire and make his mark on the underbelly of the drug trade in Albuquerque. Fans have toiled with whether Walt would continue his rampage or make amends in the final episodes, but this ominous poster leans heavily towards one side. In standard AMC fashion, the poster fails to reveal any specifics of the returning season, however, it helps fuel the "Breaking Bad" flame all the same.

In a recent interview, Gilligan shared his thoughts on the upcoming return of season 5.

"We worked long and hard to ensure that these final eight - and, in fact, the very last episode - would satisfy an audience," Gilligan said. "I am guardedly optimistic that we have achieved just that. And furthermore, trying to be as coy as possible, trying to give away as little as possible, I feel like this ending represents on some level, however small, something of a victory for Walter White. Read into that what you will. And try to be as open-minded as possible when you watch this episode, because it may not indeed feel like a victory. Or maybe it will. ... I feel good about where it all ended up, and I can't wait for people to see it."

We cannot wait. "Breaking Bad" returns to AMC on Sunday, August 11.
