Harley Quinn is one of the fascinating villains in DC Comics, which is why, despite her considerably short history in the comics, she's among the top favorites. Love her or hate her, Harley just got herself a "Little Black Book", the new bi-monthly team-up featuring Joker's crazy lover.

According to the Comic Book website, "Harley's Little Black Book" #1 will see her teaming up with Wonder Woman and a few other friends who owe her favors. Written by Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti with art by Amanda Conner, the issue will go on sale on December 2, serving as DC's December variant cover theme, and featured on 10 DC Comics Titles.

Comic Book Resources noted that although no cover art has been released yet, she will be taking over the covers of other DC character's books, including Justice League #47, Justice League of America, The Flash #47, Green Arrow #47, Wonder Woman #47, Superman #47, Batman #47, Harley Quinn #23, and Green Lantern #47.

Meanwhile, comic book fans are awaiting the release of "Suicide Squad", which will see Margot Robbie as the live-action version of Harley. Although there are many who objected to the casting choice, The Daily Mail UK reported that Harley's creator, Paul Dini approved of the actress's acting prowess to bring life to the character. Dini created Harley for "Batman: The Animated Series" back in 1992, and he said that Robbie is a "very wonderful actress", admitting that he's eager to see her in a "rougher, more street look" as Joker's psychiatrist-turned-crazy-lover.

"I've only seen what I have seen online (but)... Margot is very nice, she's a very wonderful actress and certainly very attractive and very talented," he said on a podcast. 

He also gave his two cents regarding the film's treatment of Harley, saying, "I know it's jarring to a lot of the people who love the classic Bruce Timm suit, I love it myself. But in that world [of the 'Suicide Squad' movie], I just don't see it happening. It's a rougher, more street look. I think it works fine."

In 'Suicide Squad', Robbie's Harley will be leading the pack of supervillains recruited by a secret government agency.

The Daily Mail also noted that "Suicide Squad" already wrapped up filming last month, with the cast members, including Cara Delevigne and Will Smith, celebrating their tight bond with tattoos on their feet.

"Suicide Squad" will be released in theaters August 2016.
