KimTay2020?

Sure, Kanye West and Taylor Swift seem to have made up for the time being, but would that love last long, considering that Tay de-throned his missus as the most followed person on Instagram?

That's right: Kim Kardashian is no longer the most-followed person on the social media site, because Taylor just snagged the spot from her, continuing her world domination. According to Us Weekly, last month Tay was only the third most followed person, with Kim and Beyonce on the topmost spots, but it seems like with over 45.5 million followers (as opposed to Kim's 45.5 and Beyonce's 45) she just became queen of social media.

Kim commemorated her 45 million followers just last week with a photo of her ample cleavage, but Taylor is yet to address her new Instagram status. Considering that she showcases her life with her growing star-studded posse, cats and fan-made sweaters, there is no wonder that people loved seeing her have fun.

Actually, it seems that Tay is more powerful than her social media life. She was also on top of Vanity Fair's "Powers That Be" list, which includes names like Hillary Clinton and Yahoo CEO Marissa Meyer.

The magazine explained her inclusion on the list by saying, "[Swift] makes her first appearance on the list after using her platform to make giant companies like Apple conform to her will." The Daily Mail noted that this was addressed to Swift's decision to pull her music from Apple until the corporate giant agreed to pay musicians their due during the first three months of the new App's release.

Of course, with great success comes a lot of intrigue and while Taylor enjoys her rise to the top, there are others who want to bring her down. Among these is an unnamed person supposedly part of her "inner circle", offering media outlets like Radar Online a chance to buy an "intimate" photo of the star and her current beau, DJ Calvin Harris. However, Radar Online said that they didn't purchase the picture, but that it "is steamy and was certainly not meant for public eyes."

Her team already commented on these claims, saying that there is no steamy photo of her and Calvin.

It's not the first time that supposed nude images of the star were used to threaten her. As previously reported, hackers successfully accessed her social media accounts in January and threatened to leak nude photos of her. She shrugged off the threats via Twitter, saying "PS any hackers saying they have 'nudes'? Psssh you'd love that wouldn't you! Have fun photoshopping cause you got NOTHING."
