Sony Xperia Z5 Ultra Release Date & Price: Top 5 Specs & Features to Watch Out For [Rumors]

Apart from the Z5, Z5 Compact and Z5 Premium, another anticipated release from Sony is the Xperia Z5 Ultra which is believed to come with great features like an advanced chipset.
Here are some of its anticipated specifications:
1. Snapdragon 820 Chipset
The phone is said to be the first, if ever, to have this kind of processor. Phone Arena said this chipset is "expected to be produced using Samsung's 14nm node manufacturing technology" which is almost the same as the Samsung Galaxy S6's Samsung Exynos 7420.
2. 4K display
Gadgets NDTV said this upcoming release which is another "high-end smartphone" from the mobile developer will also have 4K display just like the Z5 Premium.
It also noted that this "Ultra" variant is similar to those launched in other flagship handsets like the Sony Xperia Z2 Ultra.
3. Better resolution, higher RAM
As for its specifications, Gadgets NDTV said the handset will likely come with a 6.44-inch display sporting a resolution of 2160x3840 pixels then a 4GB of RAM.
4. Advanced camera and monster battery
Aside from this, the phone is also claimed to have a 23-megapixel rear camera and a monster 4000mAh battery.
According to GSM Arena, the Z5 Ultra handset may be available in the market by March next year.
5. Almost similar price and features as the Z5 Premium
As for the price, there is still no definite digits but it is believed that it may be pegged close to the 5Z5 Premium which could be around $400.
Sony fans and users can also expect that the device will have similar features as the Z5 Premium which was unveiled last week during the IFA 2015 in Berlin, Germany.
It was revealed by Forbes that the the Sony Xperia Premium is the first smartphone with 4K display which delivers a "bright, sharp and fantastic" quality for its 5.5-inch screen.
"See every detail with more pixels per inch. That's around 10x the pixels of a Full HD TV, and more than double for most smartphones," read the Z5 Premium's description on the Sony Mobile website.
Engadget also noted that the upcoming Xperia release powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and a battery which can last for two days.
"Watch more films, listen to more music, carry on chatting and stay out without a care. When you do need topping up, Xperia Z5 Premium can be used together with our Quick Charger for hours of power in just 10 minutes," added Sony Mobile.
According to the Sony blog, the Z5 Premium will have an integrated fingerprint sensor power button "intuitive unlock."
"[The] sensor power button means each device is personal, protected and easily unlockable with a simple pick up and press in one natural movement," added the Sony blog.
The phone is also waterproof and dustproof.
With this news, it seems that the public has a lot to anticipate with the upcoming "high-end" releases from Sony.
