After its winter hiatus, "How I Met Your Mother" will premiere in Jan. with the return of the slap bet.

The all-new episode, titled "Slapsgiving 3: Slappointment in Slapmarra," will focus on Marshall and Barney's slap bet, which is somehow ironically connected with "Hillary Clinton."

Jason Segel, who plays Marshall on the hit CBS comedy series dropped a spoiler, telling TV Line, "I'll just say two words, and you can take them any way you want: Hillary. Clinton."

The slap bet episode seems to be all about the slap bet while not too much else will go on. However, because Barney and Marshall have not been together in the same room for a while, the anticipation and the drama will be even more intense,

An official synopsis of episode 14 reads: "In an attempt to deliver a devastating final slap to Barney, Marshall explains how he mastered the Slap of A Million Exploding Suns."

According to Mstarz, the series creators and co-executive producers, Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, have revealed that the episode will take place entirely during a super slow-motion slap. As a result, this could mean that the final slap and the end of the slap bet might not take place until much later in the season.

In addition, Craig Thomas admitted that an awesome musical guest will make an appearance in January's episode.

Despite being the 15th episode produced this season, "Slapsgiving 3: Slappointment in Slapmarra" will air as episode 14 on Jan. 13, notes CarterMatt.com.
