Nokia launched a new advertisement for its first tablet, and it has taken to animation.
As seen on the official Nokia YouTube account, the video "A trip to the park" shows a dog wanting to play out in the sun yet people don't echo the pet's excitement.
All of the humans in the video are taking a stroll in the park while using a tablet similar to the Apple iPad. Each person has come to a similar problem: the sunlight's glare on the tablet is making things difficult for them.
One person has the solution and it involves the Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet. With the Lumia 2520, the people have reunited, probably thinking they can share the same tablet.
The video concludes with "Get out and play. The Nokia Lumia 2520 with full screen and best outdoor readability."
The video arrives after another Lumia 2520 advertisement recently brought mixed to negative reviews in the United Kingdom. As Latino Post reported, "The Hairdresser's Assistant" advertisement features a man named David, seeking a haircut. He goes for the mullet hairstyle as Nokia wanted to represent the Lumia 2520 as both a work and play device. The reviews for "The Hairdresser's Assistant" were not positive, mainly due to the tablet's features not being presented or showcased to the viewer.
The Lumia 2520 features a screen size of 10.1 inches with 1,920x1,080 resolution at 218 pixels per inch. The Lumia 2520 is available in a 32GB internal storage model with 2GB of RAM. The tablet sports a microSD card slot for up to 32GB additional memory. The Lumia 2520 has a rear-facing photography camera with 6.7 megapixels at 3,088x1,744 pixels and a front-facing camera with 2 megapixels. The tablet utilizes the Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 quad-core 2.2GHz Krait 400 processor. The Lumia 2520 has a battery capacity of 8,000mAh for up to 600 hours on standby.
