Sofia Vergara is readying to tie the knot with Joe Manganiello. As the fall cover girl for Martha Stewart Weddings, the "Modern Family" star donned pretty bridal gowns and spilled the latest details of the upcoming wedding.

According to Vergara, she is not keen to try on a new look for the ceremony, and will stick to her usual style of "long, flowing waves, smoky eyes, and a dark lip," ET wrote.

"Your wedding is not the time to try new things -- you're going to have these pictures forever," she revealed to the magazine, as quoted by ET.

The Colombian beauty tried on a bunch of wedding gowns for her shoot with the magazine, including a lace and tulle Celestine Agostina gown and a stunning lilac Monique Lhullier dress with floral embroidery, the news outlet noted. She also wore a traditional strapless Marchesa ball gown that showcased tulle and floral appliqués.

When asked about how long she will take to beautify herself in the wedding, Vergara said that she has it "down to the science" and that it will take her two hours to prepare, E! News reported. She also said that she will wear her fragrance, Sofia, because the "Magic Mike XXL" hunk loves it.

The 43-year-old actress dished that their guest list consists of more than 300 friends and family, ET added.

"I want a wedding where the guests are going to have fun . . . It's about creating memories that you're always going to cherish. That's what's important," she said, as quoted by E! News.

In an interview with ET in June, Vergara explained that she wants all her friends from Colombia, South America, and Europe to attend the wedding, and a Los Angeles venue will prove to be a difficult destination.

Us Weekly claimed that the ceremony will be held at Florida's Breakers Palm Beach resort, a 140-acre oceanfront property that can hold up to 800 guests at $325 per head. In Haute Living's July/August issue, Manganiello, 38, revealed that the wedding planning is really "traditional," with Vergara in charge of designing.

Vergara said that the wedding is set up at a time that will allow them to get away for their honeymoon, Fox News Latino added. Just recently, E! News reported that the couple has given out wedding invitations to their close friends and family.

As for the one item in the menu that Vergara will take special interest in? The TV star said that desserts will be given extra attention.

"Cake is my favorite thing. So the cake table is going to be super special, a big wedding cake and lots of desserts," she said, as quoted by E! News.
