The Authority comes out to kick off the show, handing out gifts to the fans in the crowd before rewarding the newly-crowned unified champion, Randy Orton, with the night off as a holiday gift.
In a 12-woman tag team match, a team consisting of E!'s Total Divas defeated a team led by WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee and her bodyguard, Tamina, after Natalya of the Total Divas forced Askana to submit to her Sharpshooter finisher.
Sin Cara defeated former Intercontinental champion Curtis Axel in singles competition.
The Wyatt Family - Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, and Erick Rowan - defeated Daniel Bryan and the WWE Tag Team champions, Cody Rhodes and Goldust, in a three-man tag match, after Wyatt pinned Cody Rhodes for the win, nailing one of half the tag team champions with Sister Abigail. After the bout, a brawl ensued before the lights went out and Bryan was laid out in the ring while the Wyatts admired their handy work from the top of the ramp.
The Great Khali and Santino won a Singing Carol contest, beating out 3MB's Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre as well as R-Truth and Xavier Woods, who came out with the Funkadactyls.
Fandango defeated Dolph Ziggler in a Christmas Gift on a Pole match to earn a title shot at Big E Langston's Intercontinental Championship on the first Monday Night Raw of the year.
The Usos beat the Prime Time Players - Darren Young and Titus O'Neil - in tag team action.
In a Good Santa vs Bad Santa match, with both combatants dress in Santa Claus attire, "Good Santa" Mark Henry beat "Bad Santa" Damien Sandow, brawling around the ring and up the ramp.
The Real Americans (Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro) lost to Los Matadores in a tag team match.
Ryback defeated Kofi Kingston to earn the pin-fall victory over the former Intercontinental champion.
John Cena, CM Punk, and Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston beat The Shield - United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns - in a six-man tag team match in the main event. Langston nailed Ambrose with the Big Ending to end the show.
