The Paris Games Week now has a date and fans and gamers should anticipate for it on October 27 at 12 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time)
According to Eurogamer, this will be the first time ever that Sony will not participate during the Gamescom in Cologne to attend the French event.
GameSided, on the other hand, said that this is going to be the company's "first major public appearance" since E3 2015 last June where they presented "The Last Guardian," "Shenmue 3" and "Square Enix's Final Fantasy 7."
"But we're unlikely to learn much more about any of those for a while," added Eurogamer.
So what can we really expect from this game event? We listed down some of the titles that players want to see by the end of October:
Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
Said to be the final instalment of the "Uncharted" series, the game is expected to be released by the beginning of next year, though the game's announcement is anticipated by this year.
Yibada said this is an action-adventure game where users take a shooter role.
Game developer Naughty Dog added in the same report that they still need a few more months to work on the game to make if great upon release.
It is also expected that the gameplay experience of the game will be smooth and that its resolution will be sharper and clearer.
Horizon: Zero Dawn
According to GameRant, this was already made debut during the E3 2015 which showed that it has a captivating gameplay and an improve game combat and storyline.
"Horizon: Zero Dawn is a significant departure from the past work of Guerrilla Games. Their existence has almost been entirely defined by the Killzone franchise, and they even put out PS4's core launch game, Killzone: Shadow Fall," GameRant said.
The game, however, is reportedly very different for Guerrilla since it had to say goodbye to its military focus.
GameRant reported that the new instalment will have a redheaded female protagonist who is still not yet identified.
Street Fighter 5
The beta version of the game, according to Gamespot, has recently returned online after it went offline early last month.
Gamers were only left with this message: "We are currently running an internal stress test on the SFV servers, which will help us get the first official public beta program re-launched as quickly as possible. We appreciate your continued patience and we'll share more information on the timing of the official beta tests soon."
This new version reportedly enables players to join matches with other players.
