Invicta star Cris "Cyborg" Justino, who is said to be the nemesis of undefeated UFC champion Ronda Rousey, confirmed that she will drop to 135 pounds to make the most awaited fight with "Rowdy" happen.

With confusion stemming from the statements of both camps on the anticipated match, Cyborg posted on her Facebook page there was indeed communication from the UFC for the fight and that she is ready to take on Rousey.

"I'm not lying, nor is Tito. UFC called my manager last Sunday to see if I would fight Ronda at 135 on Dec. 5 at Cowboy Stadium. I said, 'I'm ready!'" her Facebook post read.

Fox Sports reported that Justino's ex-manager and current coach Tito Ortiz offered Cyborg the bout against Rowdy which will happen on Dec. 5 at UFC 194.

"I've heard from Cris actually that the fight that's supposed to be happening at the Cowboys' arena (is where she'll fight Rousey). They offered the fight to Cris," Ortiz said.

He added that Justino's management team has said yes to the offer.

"I've told her, 'Let's do it.' So I guess the ball's all in Ronda's corner and Ronda wants to do it. Dana said if Cris came down to 135 they'll make the fight happen, so let's see if Ronda accepts the fight," he said.

UFC President Dana White, however denied in a Yahoo Sports report that the match was offered to Cyborg.

"That was a complete lie. It's 100 percent a lie. First of all, the UFC doesn't even talk to Tito Ortiz, so let's start there. But we haven't offered any fight to (Cyborg). Tito Ortiz is just making this s**t up. In no way, shape or form did we offer her a fight against Ronda at Cowboys Stadium. Completely untrue," explained White.

To support the claims of Ortiz and Cyborg, the Brazilian fighter's manager George Prajin told ESPN that he and UFC officials have started discussions for the Rowdy-Cyborg matchup.

"I don't negotiate in the media, nor do I disclose negotiations to the press. What I can say, and the only reason I say this is because of what is going on between Tito and Dana -- I can confirm that I had multiple conversations with the UFC in the last week regarding Cris and a potential fight [against Rousey] in December," Justino's manager said.

He also said that the "end result" of the discussions is that Cyborg is "agreaable" to going head to head with Rousey at come Dec. 5 at 135 pounds.

The two have long been paired because of the lack of deserving opponents in the UFC for Rousey, but the problem seen earlier was that Cyborg's weight division did not match Rousey's.
