Tickets are now on sale for Kylie Jenner's official 18^th birthday party, which will take place from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm EDT on August 16, 2015 at Beachclub, located at 701 38 Rue, Pointe-Calumet, QC J0N 1G2 outside Montreal.

Kylie, whose full name is Kylie Kristen Jenner, will turn 18 on August 10. She is the youngest daughter of 1976 Summer Olympics decathlon winner Caitlyn Jenner and TV personality Kris Jenner.

Her official 18^th birthday party is being organized by Beachclub's owner, Olivier Primeau, in conjunction with Team Productions and Keennest Productions.

According to its website, the Beachclub "is known as a huge playground, an oasis and an event complex where several international and local EDM artists perform extraordinary live shows."

Tickets to Kylie's 18^th birthday bash are starting from $60 CAD for Pre-Sale up to $150 CAD for the VIP Upgrade, which includes admission, VIP stage access, line bypass, and one Redbull.

Beachclub's site describe it as a place that "is all about beaches, terraces, swimming pool, dancing, shows, relaxation, sports and of course an inevitable gathering place!"

On his personal website, Beachclub's owner Olivier Primeau explains how when he, along with his father and brother, made the decision to buy Beachclub, which is located 30 minutes from downtown Montreal, they intended to "create a world class tropical oasis worthy of North America's largest outdoor venue". Since then, they have spent $2.5 million in renovation costs.

Most of Olivier's Instagram photos show him partying (working?) at Beachclub in front of huge crowds people. Celebrities like Dan Bilzerian have organized parties at his venue. Beachclub's Facebook page, which has been liked by over 102k people, shows a full calendar of events, usually featuring musical performances. The page has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars with 2.9k reviews.
