Tom Holland is playing the title role in Marvel's "Spider-Man" reboot and his new costume looks spot-on.
New but unconfirmed reports about the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of the friendly neighborhood superhero has again plagued the Internet.
Latino Review shares a first-look on what Holland would be wearing in the film.
Based on the sketch reportedly found by a source with user name SpikeSDM on Deviantart, Marvel's version of the web-slinger would be look more like that of Peter Parker from the comic books.
The concept design of Spidey's costume posted by the source, which Screen Rant found to be something dug up from artist Pietro Scola Di Mambro's drawings, looks like something that was really made by a regular teenager with no expert costume designing and sewing skills.
"I personally think [Peter Parker] would come up with nothing better than a ski suit, protective pads, martial arts gears, a hoodie, a ski mask and some kind of goggles..." the Deviant Art user captioned his post.
While this may seem like a fan-made illustration Spider-Man's costume, Latino Review claims that the source is someone "with access to the Spider-Man costume" and posted it over the art website "as a way of legally reporting on how it looked."
Despite being spot on to Marvel's initial description on how Peter Parker would seem like in the reboot, this has yet to be confirmed or verified by the studio or anyone who is directly involved in the film.
Speaking of people involved, a recent leak from an unknown source showed a casting list for the upcoming solo film, which contains the characters' names, artists to portray them and the status of negotiations with them.
According to Comic Vine, this odd-looking photo of a computer monitor that surfaced online two days ago do not look credible enough to be taken seriously but it still piques many fans and media outlet's interest.
The list, says the outlet, is 'ridiculous,' particularly the fact that the cast members mentioned in it "looks pretty ambitious."
To prove how this can be something that can easily be faked, the outlet tried to mimic the photo by taking a snap of their own computer screen with a list of characters alongside Idris Elba's name.
Furthermore, the only "Spider-Man" casting confirmed as of the writing of this article were Tom Holland's Peter "Parker/Spider-Man" and Marisa Tomei's "Aunt May."
The MCU's "Spider-Man" reboot is due in theaters in 2017 but the web-slinging superhero would make his first appearance in "Captain America: Civil War" which would be released next year.
