Justin Bieber is back on the music scene.

The 'Boyfriend' singer teased about the release of his new single, "What Do You Mean" set for August 28.

He visited "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" on Wednesday, July 29, where he talked of his upcoming single and eventually, album.

When the host pressed Bieber to explain the song's meaning, the 21-year-old said, "Girls are often just flip floppy. They say something and then they mean something else. I mean, I don't really know. That's why I'm asking, 'What do you mean?'"

Well, that's pretty straightforward.

"What Do You Mean" will be under wraps for another month, but Bieber said that the track is upbeat.

"It's fun, it's summery ... Definitely the first single is amazing. I worked really hard on it with a guy named Poo Bear," Beiber said.

Fans of Skrillex and Diplo could also enjoy the Bieb's new album, as he's currently collaborating with them.

The new and fresh take on music had him admitting that he's "very excited" for its release. He should be: US Magazine reported that this will be his first album in three years.

Other than his thought of the opposite sex and music collaborations, Bieber also opened up to Seacrest his struggles with his own insecurities.

He shared, "I get in my head a lot, and I get kinda depressed because I want it to work so badly. I want people to love it. I want to inspire people. Sometimes I feel, 'Is it good enough? Is this the direction I want to go?'"

Seacrest helped Bieber promote the new song in an Instagram video. In the short clip, the host said, "Good news. Big news! In 30 days, the single 'What Do You Mean' is coming out."

Bieber, on the other hand, posted his own tease, captioned, "30 days".

Justin's announcement came a day after he surprised a "superfan"at her Quinceanera Party on "Knock Knock Live".

According to MTV, the Seacrest-produced show aims to help deserving people by having celebrites knock on their front doors.

Bieber surprised a fan named Ashley escorting her to her own Quinceanera Party in his car, screaming "I Love Ashley" out the window of his car as they celebrated her birthday together.

He didn't stop there, either. In another clip, he went to a local church to surprise Noah, a child with Down's Sydrome who showed off his rapping skills with his dad.
