A new trailer for the upcoming role-playing game "Persona 5" has finally been leaked intentionally (possibly unintentionally) via YouTube about a week ago.

The lengthy teaser has revealed additional gameplay and villains, as well as a new look on the game's hero with the help of some cut scenes.

The leak is actually the second trailer for the game, according to Master Herald. However, the first was merely an introduction to the protagonist and the new look, and it simply didn't count as much to fans as the second.

Details about the game has been reported by Christian Today, who said that the main characters are seen as regular high school students, but turn into thieves as the sun sets.

The protagonist, Phantom, is a piston-and-knife-wielding, bird-mask wearing character that can be likened to a classier Arsene Lupin.

The two other characters are Phantom's classmates from school. Ryuju Sokomoto wears a skull mask and uses bludgeoning weapons and shotguns, and Anne Takamaki wears a cat masks and carries a whip and machine guns.

If the Altus schedule is anything to go by, "Persona 5" could be reportedly released by December 2015, according to Venture Capital Post,

There are rumors of the company announcing details next month. If confirmed, then the game should be released as scheduled by winter; it's an Atlus tradition to release a franchise four months after its official statement, making the December launch imminent.

"Persona 5", according to Game Spot, will be released for both PS4 and PS3, although there is very little information regarding the details. It has been cleared, however that the setting will be a large as life version at a Juvenile School, with a bit of romance involved.

Director Katsura Hashino has apologized for the late development of the game, telling Gematsu, " I know it's been a long wait, but I hope you'll give us just a little more time. Hopefully once it's out, it'll all be worth it in the end."

He further explained, "We've been very fortunate to have created a series of games where people feel so attached to each of the protagonists, so we hope that with Persona 5, we'll be able to make a game where the events of it really hit home and make for really impactful experiences."

It seems that the winter release is going to go on as planned. How excited are you for "Persona 5"?
