Dead Rising 3 News: DLC Revealed, 20 Minute Timed Demo Announced [Trailer]

Dead Rising 3 has been one of the most critically-acclaimed games for the Xbox One, and fans have been eager to drop into the open-world game and begin slaughtering zombies in record numbers. Now, developer Capcom has announced the first DLC package for the game as well as a timed demo.
According to IGN, the new DLC will be called Operation Eagle, and will be a departure from the main storyline. Instead, Operation Eagle will be the first episode in the Untold Stories of Los Perdidos. Users will be able to play as Spec Ops Commander Adam Kane, and are tasked to track down the missing president of the United States in the new DLC mission.
In addition to this new mission, players will also be able to use five new weapons and one new weapon combo. Players will also be able to drive around in a new vehicle thanks to the new DLC, and a new outfit will be be available. Finally, this DLC will also add new achievements.
For the first time ever, Capcom is also offering a playable demo for Dead Rising 3 that will give curious Xbox One owners the chance to play the game for 20 minutes. The demo is limited to the Ingleton only, but players will be able to get a basic feel for the game and see what it is like to take down zombies and explore a section of the game. The demo is only available two times per Gamertag.
Dead Rising 3 has been praised by critics for delivering a huge world and engaging gameplay that allows users to create over-the-top weapons that can take down zombies by the dozens. The game is one of the best exclusives on the Xbox One, and players should definitely download the demo of the game if they have not bought the game already.
