LG G2
The LG G2 is also getting the Android 5.1.1 update. A separate article from International Business Times reported that G2 users can now check for a newer over-the-air (OTA) notification representing the OS update.
LG G2 handsets ran using the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, with the Android 4.4.2 KitKat as the model's original platform, the news outlet added. Phone Arena reported that LG G2 users will get the new OS update during the next two months.
As per Phandroid, Android 5.1.1 is said to roll out for LG G2 users in the U.S. first, prior to its launch in the U.K., India, and Australia. The firmware has new enhancements, with LG's UX 4.0 UI also utilized in the LG G4, International Business Times noted.
Sony Xperia Z3
Sony Xperia smartphones are not getting the Android 5.1.1 update, but the company announced on its blog that all Xperia Z handsets, as well as Xperia T2 Ultra, Xperia C3, Xperia M2, and Xperia M2 Aqua, will get the Android 5.1 beginning in July.
HTC & Moto G
HTC will also start rolling out Android 5.1.1 in the One M9 Developer Edition, Gospel Herald wrote. Moreover, Motorola's 2013 mid-range smartphone Moto G a.k.a. Falcon will also get the Android 5.1.1 via Tesla custom ROM created by mobile firmware developer community GZ Roms (Ground Zero), International Business Times reported.

Samsung Galaxy S6 & S6 Edge
Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge users on Sprint are also getting the Android 5.1.1 upgrade.
According to Jewish Business News, one of the improvements that the new version of the OS brings is clear and sharp qualities for photos. Default cameras on the Samsung smartphones were incapable of supporting RAW photography. With the Android 5.1.1, users can now capture RAW photos in DNG format with the help of a third-party camera app.
