Recent reports revealed a possible leaked footage from the "Captain America: Civil War," which was allegedly shot during a Comic-Con that was held in India.
Some are taking advantage of fans' hunger for spoilers of the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film due to hit theaters on May 6, 2016, especially after Marvel President Kevin Feige confirmed that "a material shot for the Civil War" was included at the end of the Marvel movie "Ant-Man."
"It might be different takes, it might be different angles. Somebody brought up the comparison to the Thor tag at the end of Iron Man 2, which was material shot for the Thor film but we cut slightly differently," Feige told SlashFilm.com, careful not to give out more information that could spoil the film prematurely.
Furthermore, the executive producer revealed that the newest film featuring Steve Rogers, who would lead new members of the Avengers, would pick up were "Avengers: Age of Ultron" left off, pitting Iron Man against Captain America.
"After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain," he explained.
Meanwhile, TheRealStanLee.com revealed an alleged unreleased teaser of "Civil War" reportedly taken from India's Comic-Con by an attendee.
The footage, which was posted in YouTube on June 5, was allegedly taken by "some guy" using a camera phone during a special screening in the event.
However, Movie Pilot revealed that there is a big chance that this leaked clip was fake simply because it is still too early for any teaser to be introduced, considering that the movie is a little less than a year due from being released, not to mention the fact that it is still currently being filmed.
Contrariwise, according to International Business Times correspondent Tyler McCarthy, the leaked footage was actually believable mainly because of its "secretly-shot" quality.
"While it's not unheard of to cut together a trailer for a movie that's still in the works, this would be early for Comic Con, even by Marvel's standards," he explained, concluding that the video was most probably fan-made.
Business Insider noted that the only official announcement from Marvel regarding the "Captain America: Civil War" is, Some of its footages are shown in the end-credits of "Ant-Man," which is due to hit theaters on July 17.
