There is only one week left before the premiere of "Teen Wolf" season 5, and it seems that spoilers are everywhere, and it starts with the big bads at Beacon Hills.
For the first time since the show aired, E! News noted that the villains will be more visible in the series. Star Taylor Posey revealed, "These are our only villains that carry on to the next season."
Director Russell Mulcahy also added, "They have another [season], they will carry on because they will evolve."
The Dread doctors are going to be very human-like, but while they are creepy enough as they are, Mulcahy teased that it's what's behind the mask that are the biggest shockers, and it will not be revealed until next season.
However, while these seem intriguing, there's time to discuss them later. The more pressing issue is: What else can we look forward to regarding the season's premiere episode? Here are some spoilers you can wolf down while waiting for the show to return:
1) The title of the premiere is called "Creatures of the Night," which already sounds creepy enough as it is.
2) Unlike previous premieres that seemed detached from the rest of the show, Forbes noted that for the first time since the show started, creator and showrunner Jeff Davis will not have to show off random toys to establish the rest of the season, so fans get to watch events actually unfold - this time, six months after the events of season 4 took place.
3) The premiere will pull the heartstrings, as Mulcahy told People that it is "one of the most emotional episodes we've done for a while." He also added that "it really deals with the characters' hearts and emotions and the trials that they're going through."
4) A return of an old character has been teased, and People has assumed that it could be Jackson (Colton Haynes) or Allison (Crystal Reed). Holland Roden, who plays the role of Lydia Martin in the series, said in an interview, "As far as actors coming back, there's always so many different forms in which they can come back, but that's all I'll say."
5) Meanwhile, new wolf Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) revealed at the PaleyFest that the show will be introducing a new character in the series who may or may not be his love interest. Sprayberry said, as quoted by Latin Times, "There's a new girl on the show named Victoria Morales, who is really a great young actress. She's gonna be in the same grade as Liam and Mason (Khylin Rhambo), who is my best friend on the show. So we'll see what happens with that."
