Rose Nicholas, a 23-year-old hailing from Chester, England (who's also a retail worker there), earns $600 per gig as an impersonator of Taylor Swift, reports Yahoo!.

According to Daily Mail, Rose was only 17 when people started noticing that she and Taylor Swift shared similar features.

The young woman is currently working for a company that hires impersonators like her. In December 2013, Costello Entertainments, an agency that hires impersonators for parties and other events, hired Rose as soon as they found out about her.

According to Rippa, Rose said, "It was just meant to be a bit of fun but when [my friend] put the final pictures on Flickr, they went viral. Virtually overnight, I was getting calls from other photographers and offers from lookalike agencies wanting to sign me up as a lookalike."

Rose stated that when she went to the America for work and school, people would always surround her thinking that she was the real Taylor Swift.

For one, when she was hailing for a taxi, a group of Taylor Swift fans were running after her for a picture. Rose said that the experience was "a bit terrifying," Daily Mail reports.

Rose shared that when she had a job at a summer camp, the kids thought that she was Taylor Swift.

The same thing happened when she went to New York City in Times Square; people were swarming around her and the paparazzi were taking lots of pictures. Rose said that when she told them that she wasn't Taylor Swift, people didn't believe her. The photos nonetheless made their way to social media sites.

Amid the not-so-pleasing experiences of the instant fame, Rose shared that there are quite a few advantages to looking like the country singer. "Looking like Taylor certainly has its perks - in Boston, we convinced pretty much everyone in a bar I was Taylor so we got free drinks all night!" Daily Mail quotes her as saying.

And if there are other similarities between Taylor Swift and Rose Nicholas, it would have to be concerning matters of the heart. "I don't just look like Taylor - we're also very alike in terms of our love lives. I really relate to her," Rose said.

"I've definitely gone out with the wrong types of guys and I've had my heart broken before," she continued, "having said that, Taylor shouldn't be in any rush to settle down, I like that she's focusing on herself right now. Just like I am".
