Hotel heiress Paris Hilton apparently caught herself a big fish after she was seen making out on a yacht with her new beau, self-made multi-millionaire Thomas Gross, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Photos posted by TMZ shows the 34-year-old socialite showering and then smooching with her new boyfriend atop the latter's yacht, which was anchored along the coast of Formentera, Spain.

The make out session happened Tuesday, reports Daily Mail, when the couple had just finished jet-skiing. Hilton was sporting a revealing cut-out black bathing suit which effectively teased the 39-year-old businessman into pulling her in for some smooches under the yacht's shower board.

The report also gave the background of Paris' mystery hunk and how the couple got together.

The Daily Mail explained that Thomas Gross, an entrepreneur based in Zurich, Switzerland, is a man estimated to be worth $200 million because of his business ventures especially after The Perform Group acquired his UK-based company Runningball for $100 million.

According to Daily Entertainment News, his company's acquisition not only made him richer but also gave him a chance at the limelight in the world of business.

Gross worked his way up of the business world from being the project manager on migration of Atraxis in 1995, manager of operation reservation system of the EDS Group in 2001 and IT project manager of the Swiss International Air Lines in 2010.

Now, Gross still owns a bulk of the global sports media company which operates on different digital platforms.

Daily Mail sources claimed that the couple met in May at the Cannes Film Festival and had been "having a lot of fun getting to know each other."

"They really hit it off right away. Also with them is her cousin Farrah [Aldjufri]. He is getting to know her family," a close friend of the couple revealed to the Daily Mail.

The couple reportedly spent most of their time together since they first met and even attended family affairs, including Paris' cousin Brooke Brinson's wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Daily Mail also noted how the couple headed straight to Ibiza where the hunky millionaire owns a villa.

"She is thrilled she has found a real man who is such a gentleman. Paris loves the way he treats her and they are having a good time," the source added.

Hilton had been reportedly dating several other men in the past, including but not limited to 18-year-old Jordan Barrett, an Australian model with whom the hotel heiress had been seen cozying with in Milan earlier this year, as reported by Splash News Online.
