If you watched "The Princess Diaries" as a child, or any of those teen flicks involving royalty, you know that there is a certain way of dressing that's considered appropriate when it comes to meeting the blue bloods.

However, Lady Gaga, being who she is, decided to forgo a proper attire by meeting Prince Harry in a revealing dress with a plunging neckline. Don't get it wrong: she looked fabulous, but maybe not in the most royal way. In fact, The Daily Mail described Gaga's ensemble as a "plunging space age gown" with diamond eyebrows and a pair of Bet Lynch-style earrings to match.

According to E! News, Mother Monster met the young prince with singing partner Tony Bennett at the Royal Albert Hall in London, and they seemed to be delighted to be in each other's presence as they posed for photos during the charity concert to benefit WellChild, a national organization for sick children that the royal has been a patron of since 2007.

As stated on the charity's official website, WellChild is a national charity that is working to ensure the best possible care and support for children in the UK living with a long-term or complex health condition.

During their brief meeting, People Magazine reported that Lady Gaga told Harry. "We think you are fantastic."

The Prince reportedly returned the compliment, adding to Bennett, "I can't believe you have the energy. I don't know how you do it!"

The trio spoke for a bit, with Bennett noting that he was good friends with Harry's late mother, Princess Diana.

The prince also hosted some families being helped with WellChild at the royal box at the concert venue, and it seems that he's a hit for the families he helped.

Fifteen-year-old Flynne Eward Biggs who is in treatment for brain tumor for the last 18 months, reportedly told the media that "Harry was a nice guy and it was fairly easy to talk to him. He asked me if I like Lady Gaga. He didn't say he was a fan but I'm sure he is."

A mother linked to the charity, Katherine Bonner, also noted, "Harry seems to have a really good understanding of the charity."

In a press release, WellChild Chief Executive Colin Dyer said the royal's involvement "will be a massive boost to our work."

He also added: "Most of our work centers around the family. The most important thing he gives to us is that time spent listening and understanding the situation the families find themselves in. That is not always easy for people to do when faced with a sick child."
