Expected to be launched between 2018 to 2020, the "GTA 6" will be made available for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC with rumors that it might be also available in other new consoles when it comes out in the market.

MoviePilot said fans are expecting the upcoming game release to be better and fresher than the previous installment.

A similar Ecumenical News report added that the release of the console will be followed by its mobile application versions.

One major concern of gamers and the online community is where the game will be located. MoviePilot said many are asking if it will be done in a different country or whether it will be entirely limited to America.

The game is rumored to be set in London. There are also claims that it could be in a Middle East setting where the characters will be fighting with terrorists.

"There were also reports that 'GTA 6' could be set in the continental United States, featuring the states of either Oregon or Texas. Recent reports had suggested that Rockstar would map the entire USA for 'GTA 6,' which will be twice the size of 'GTA 5,'" added the same Ecumenical News report.

Hollywood actor Ryan Gosling is also rumored to be part of the next installment, and he is rumored to be takong on a protagonist role. The actor incidentally appears in the movie "Drive," which seems to be inspired by Rockstar's "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City."

Video game developer Rockstar Games president Leslie Benzies said that they want to incorporate a lot of ideas in the game, IGN has learned.

"We've got about 45 years worth of ideas we want to do. We don't know what GTA 6 will be, but we've got some ideas," noted Benzies.

While explaining their process of game development, the Rockstar Games president said it all starts with the idea and where it should be set.

"Then that defines the missions; you're doing different things in LA than in New York or Miami. The map and story get worked up together, and the story is a basic flow of how it works out so you can layer the missions in," Benzies added.

As for the features of the game, GTA6GrandTheftAuto said that fans are asking Rockstar to bring the 1970s vibe into the game because it is suited for mafias and also encompasses corrupt government practices.

Meanwhile, others are expecting for the main character to be customized prior to playing the game.

Mission-wise, GTA6GrandTheftAuto said that the upcoming game can also be explored by making more missions available, "like robbing banks mission, having a job like joining the army or the police."

Ultimately, the game is expected to offer a more realistic gameplay with its various features.

"GTA 6 game engine can support destructible sceneries and the innovative idea is to think like battlefield where we can crumble some wall down or maybe explode some building with an airplane. This idea seems little bit simple but it will add more realism and adventure to the game," noted GTA6GrandTheftAuto.
