Entertainment Electronic Expo or E3, the world's leading trade show for computer, video games, and other tech products, will unveil on June 16 to 18 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Aside from the innovative products in the interactive entertainment industry, the top reason why tech geeks look forward to the E3 is the announcement of new games. Among those gamers waiting for new titles are Sony Computer Entertainment clients.
According to Christian Post, the last time Sony gave an AAA title to PlayStation Plus program members was in December 2014 for "Injustice: Gods Among Us." Rumor has it that the tech company is planning to unveil another AAA game in time for E3.
Listed below are some of the titles gamers are expecting in the E3.
'Killzone: Shadow Fall'
This first-person shooter game from Guerilla Games studio is one of the titles gamers look forward from Sony, Christian Post wrote. The game was released on the PlayStation 4 and focuses on the conflict between the Vektans and the Helghast, two rival colonist groups living in a far-off planet. "Killzone: Shadow Fall" takes place 30 years after the events of "Killzone 3," IGN wrote.
Now that a threat looms over the fragile peace between the two factions, Lucas Kellan of the Shadow Marshals has to step up to prevent chaos from happening, IGN added.
'God of War'
Gizmodo pointed out that gamers could see a new game from the "God of War" series. The game debuted in 2005 and was loosely based on Greek mythology.
Venture Capital Post claimed that a remastered version of the "God of War III" is on its way to the PlayStation 4. The 1080p resolution package will run at 60fps and is set for release on July 14. The new version will be a single-player game centered on the mighty warrior Kratos, who will be challenging the gods who have betrayed him.

'Gran Turismo 7'
"Gran Turismo 7" is also one of the titles gamers are expecting from Sony. Polyphone Digital's racing car video game is expected to come out via PlayStation 4 sometime next year or in 2017, Master Herald claimed.
Original series creator Kazunori Yamauchi assured gamers that "GT7" will feature everything that the developer couldn't do in its predecessor, "Gran Turismo 6," Master Herald wrote.
'DriveClub: PS Plus Edition'
This racing video game developed by Evolution Studios is also one of the anticipated titles from Sony, Christian Post noted.
Last February, an unnamed Sony spokesperson presented some info about the game. "DriveClub" was released in October 2014 with a planned free limited version for the PlayStation Plus. The free version, however, was postponed due to major server issues, Polygon wrote.
"We are continually working on improving the server capacity to enable us to launch the PS Plus Edition as quickly as possible," the Sony spokesperson said, according to Eurogamer.
'Knack'
"Knack" is a 2013 action platformer game developed by SCE Japan Studio and Mark Cerny for PlayStation 4. The game's main character called Knack is a small and powerful creature made to win the war against goblins, IGN wrote.
In a July 2014 interview, Cerny said that a sequel for "Knack" is possible and that he "would love to keep working with the brand," IGN reported. According to Cerny, there are still a lot of unexplored aspects in the game.
