Despite her legal problems with ex-fiance Nick Loeb, Sofia Vergara is not hesitant when it comes to having kids with her current flame Joe Manganiello.

As Redbook magazine's cover star for the month of June, Vergara said that she and the "Magic Mike XXL" star are planning to have children in the near future.

"Joe is younger than me," the 42-year-old actress told the magazine. "He's 38. He's never had kids. How am I going to say no? I tell him if we're going to do this, we have to do it, like, now, because I don't want to be 50 with a baby."

However, Vergara didn't reveal whether she plans to get pregnant herself or use a surrogate like she did with Loeb. The latter has filed a lawsuit against the "Hot Pursuit" actress over their frozen embryos.

In an op-ed published on The New York Times headlined "Our Frozen Embryos Have a Right to Live," businessman Loeb raised some controversial issues about parenting and philosophy, going against Vergara's desire to have the embryos frozen in an indefinite amount of time.

The actress, who portrays Gloria Pritchett on the comedy "Modern Family," recently saw her first son, Manolo Gonzalez, graduate from Emerson College on May 18, Us Weekly reported. Gonzalez, 22, was the fruit of Vergara's brief marriage to her childhood sweetheart in Colombia.

To celebrate the graduation of Vergara's son, the brunette beauty attended the ceremony alongside Manganiello and posted photos from the event, Us Weekly noted. The trio ate lunch at Boston's Italian eatery Serafina, with celebrations continuing at the Empire restaurant where they were joined by Gonzalez's two fellow graduates and their families.

Speaking about her relationship with Manganiello, Vergara told Redbook magazine that he knew the actor was "the one" for her because they have an easy relationship, adding that they haven't had a big fight.

"I finally realized that relationships don't need to be so much work," the Colombian bombshell told Redbook. "Ever since we met, it's been so easy. I'm very suspicious. I'm like, 'It's not normal that we've been together for nine months and we haven't had a big fight or anything.'"

Vergara also imparted some knowledge about keeping relationships healthy and peaceful.

"I have learned that I have to let them be men," she explained to Redbook. "I think it's very important not to try to take over on everything - even if you think you can do it easier or better. If you don't let them do things, you create a cycle and then you complain that they never do anything."
