You could say what you want, but at least Iggy Azalea is not hiding the fact that she's had some work done.
According to E! News, the 24-year-old Australian rapper had a recent "image overhaul," telling host Giuliana Rancic, "I'm recording a new album so I felt like I need a new change of hair and change of style, so I'm feeling very, very vamped."
It was not clear whether the "image overhaul" involved cosmetic surgery but based on the recent photos during the Billboard Music Awards, it appears there's more to the hot pink tips she debuted at the event. Azalea allegedly had a nose job and a chin implant, a couple of procedures she might have done just a few months after she opened up on her breast augmentation.
In the April issue of Vogue, the rapper admitted, "I did change something. Four months ago, I got bigger boobs! I'd thought about it my entire life."
She also discussed it when E! News interviewed her afterwards, gushing, "I love them so much I had to talk about them." she also added laughingly, "Everybody did say, 'I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because they're so small. I said, 'I know but I'm just going to say it [because] I'm a blabber mouth!'"
After her breast augmentation, a rhinoplasity and chin implants don't sound too far off. A source for Us Weekly said about Iggy's decision, "She loves the results! She wasn't happy with her nose for a long time, so after the boobs she wanted to get that taken care of and then got the chin done at the same time."
Specialists have also noticed the change in Azalea's appearance. New York plastic surgeon David Cangello told Hollywood Life, "The tip of her nose looks much more defined in the May picture, and broader and flatter in the March picture." However, Dr. Cangello noticed something off. "Her chin definitely looks more projected, as well. It actually appears to be a bit crooked, which can happen as the result of misplacement of a chin implant," he said.
Natural Look Institute cosmetic plastic surgeon Yoel Shahar agreed, but for him, Azalea's chin looks good, telling Hollywood Life that "It's obvious that she underwent rhinoplasty recently, since the nose looks different. It's shorter, straighter and the tip is rotated upward and narrower. She also appears to have had a chin implant that looks pointy and created asymmetric jawlines. A successful outcome!"
How about you? Do you think Azalea's new look suits her well?
