Two new upcoming tablets from Samsung will surely make fans look forward to their release dates as they both promise new and unique features that tablet and Samsung fans may not be able to resist.

But how do the two differ in terms of specifications and overall makeup? Below is a guide to help you figure out each device:

Samsung Galaxy Tab S2

GottaBeMobile said this device is rumored to be released next month, the same timeframe the original Samsung Galaxy Tab S was released last year. The report added that it will have a 9.7-inch display which will reportedly keep the Samsung S-AMOLED HD display of the previous release.

"Most likely two versions will be released like last year. One with an 8-inch display, and another featuring an iPad like 9.7-inch screen," added GottaBeMobile.

As for the tablet's design, TechnoBuffalo said it will come with a microSD slot for additional storage. The high-end tablet is also claimed to run in an octa-core Exynos processor with 3GB of RAM. The report added that it is also likely to have an 8-megapixel front-facing camera and 32GB of built-in storage.

The device, which is speculated to be pegged at $399, will also have a slim design at 237.17 x 169.58 x 5.5mm, slimmer than the iPad Air 2, as per TechRadar.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Released in the U.S. market on May 1, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A carried a $300 price tag.

CNET said the device is 242mm long and 166mm wide but is slim at 7.5mm thickness. "It's available in three colors -- grey, white and blue," added the report.

This new Samsung device has a 16GB internal storage but there is still room for extra memory with a microSD card slot which can fit even a 128GB memory.

It also comes with a 9.7-inch display, has a 1,024x768-pixel resolution and runs in a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, backed up by 1.5GB of RAM, as per CNET.

A similar Stuff.tv report detailed that the device has a camera with an "improved autofocus and a new 20-shot continuous burst mode."

"Microsoft Office Suite comes free of charge and pre-installed which will be useful for productivity fiends, and you'll also be able to make use of 115GB of free cloud storage thanks to Microsoft OneDrive, which you can fill with photos from the 5MP back camera or the 2MP front camera," added Stuff.tv.

One can also do a lot of things with the tablet since it has 10 hours of battery life because of its 6,000mAh battery.
