Android 5.0, 5.1 Lollipop Update OTA Download Coming to Samsung Galaxy S6, HTC One M7, Moto X & More

An OTA update for the Android Lollipop 5.0 and 5.1 are coming to a handful of smartphones. Check them all out below.
Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge
Samsung's Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge have received a new Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OTA update, Android Origin reported. The update is 159.29 MB in size with fingerprint recognition process as its biggest improvement.
Users who have experienced "hiccups" with the fingerprint sensor can guarantee that the issue will be resolved in the new OTA update. Its change-log also features an improved accessory compatibility, particularly in Bluetooth connectivity, Android Origin added.
As for the software enhancement, the change-log also includes a new feature added to its Photo Editor application, as well as developments for the Email, S Planner, and Music apps. The news outlet noted that the OTA update is now being carried out across Europe and Asia.
HTC One M7
Those who own HTC One M7 with Verizon as its carrier is also getting an OTA update.
According to Tech Times, the news was announced on Twitter by Mo Versi, HTC's VP of Product Management, and will start rolling out Thursday. This update has been delayed for 3 and a half months already.
The OTA update will have the build number of 7.117.720.6 and is around 675 MB in size. It also includes bug fixes, enhanced security features, Smart Lock, switch to Android ART runtime, new search function within settings, redesigned new apps, brand new lock screen and notifications, and updated Sense UI with Material Design guidelines, among other improvements, Tech Times listed.
Nexus
The Android 5.1.1 update is also confirmed for Nexus smartphones, specifically to Nexus 4, 5, and 6.
According to Sprint, the Nexus 5 Android 5.1.1 update will be released as soon as possible labeled as the build LMY48B. The carrier said that the update will deal with Android 5.1.1's bug fixes as well as security enhancements.
The Nexus 5 Android 5.1.1 update will also be available for those who have mobiles carried out by Rogers, Gotta Be Mobile reported. The carrier is also planning to release a Nexus 4 Android 5.1.1 update and a Nexus 6 Android 5.1.1 update.
Motorola Mobiles

Gospel Herald said that the 5.1 update will have dual SIM-card support. Users can also connect to Wi-Fi networks and control paired Bluetooth devices directly from the Quick Settings notification bar.
